It must be a generation thing (U old Pheka's) I have no idea what the point would be o f using these. Also whats the other auctions where they have put cartridges in blocks of wood about?? No one loves a good block of nice looking wood more than me but.............

It must be something to do with using a 103... it makes you a bit strange in the head!

Marco, yes, I have a " The Cartridge Stabiliser " waiting for you, if nothing else they are an object of desire.
Noice one, matey. You're no-one without a cartridge stabiliser!

Pauly baby, I'm not into the wood block thing either, hence why I started the thread. I was firmly in the "cack" camp

However, 'nuding' a 103 and putting a nice wooden body-shell on it (as per the example I highlighted) is a different ball game altogether. I also dig retro, so love the look of SPU headshells. Dave will I'm sure make a great job of putting a 103SA inside his and the high mass will suit it down to the ground

I have dealt with these people, though for the life of me, can't remember what it was for. Regarding the 're-housing' of Denon 103 cartridges, either in wood or aluminium (Zu), does anyone have any experiences they can share?
