Cyrus CD7Q upgrade

I have a Cyrus CD7Q that, I guess, is about 10 years old. There are several possible upgrades:
1. Send it back to "mummy" and have a CD8 SE2 transplant.
2. Acquire a Cyrus DAC to take CD7Q o/p
3. Acquire a PSX-R to power the CD7Q

Rest of system is Cyrus 8 + Cyrus Smartpower biamping the Ruarks.
If I could do just one of the options which do you think would give most bangs for bucks?
