    Default snow!

Is anyone having problems with the snow. Just for info, it supposedly going to get worse over the next week or two. We always get it this time of year.

So has it landed in New Longton yet Natalie?
I was in Bamber Bridge until about 4pm & there was nothing to speak of then. Here (just south of Lancaster), it's much the same now but colder!

Snurrr, as it's called over the Pennines in Yorkshire.
As for "we always get it this time of year", it's Winter, it's Great Britain, get over it!.

We have had a 'dusting' of snow here in Essex. Not much (about 1/2") but it is staying put.

It's been bitterly cold today. Had to go out to the local shops in the village. Made the mistake of wearing leather gloves! When I got back I could hardly feel my fingers - made a nice hot mug of tea to thaw them out. Learnt my lesson - when I went out later, I wore thermal woollen gloves with elasticated wrist bands.

The glove's with the elastic through the sleeves are best - they're really hard to lose

Do you daftees not check the rest of the forum first for similar threads before you start another one on the same topic?

Try looking at the Abstract Gallery section and on the 'it is hot on Oz' thread in Abstract Chat, and see what you find!
