The underside will be interesting these are v2 boards so there'll be a fair few parts added to the bottom.

Nothing, a couple of moved vias. The v3 have compensation caps under the heatsink, on a v2 these have to get soldered directly the the transistor legs under the board. Yours are v2 and still current.
