Default Shanling valve CDP's, Do they boogie?

Just been wondering just how good the shanling valve CDP's are. I had a CD80T a few years back and it was very good though it failed to boogie. I was just wondering what their slightly more expensive stable mates sounded like?

    Hi Steve,

Can't help you with the Shanlings but I recommend you check out the Consonance cdps - I have a CD120L which is solid-state but it's so good I have never thought about trying the next model up which is the CD2.2L, and that uses a valve.
