Retired a fortnight ago and already put on 5 pounds (being at home I pay a lot of visits to the fridge & you've got to have some bickies with your tea). Have had to dig out the 36 waist jeans (for now, till I have to buy 38)

I've been retired five years (packed it all in early). I'm back to my old training weight of 30 years ago, 11.5 stone. Don't exercise greatly, but don't eat too much!

My ideal weight's around 11 but I'm just over 14 at the moment. Need to find a 'partner' to exercise with

I don't eat out (as a rule). My cooking is good so I don't need to.

Stopped being made in the UK years ago. Think they're made in India now.
