    Great Northern Railway. Bunch of useless Karrnts.
    Delayed trains, cancelled trains, peak times into the city of London.
    They have even started to blame the drivers ! "Lack of driving staff"
    All run on a profit based model. Shite service, shite rolling stock, shite customer care

    Don't think I mentioned "perplexed", but I've never had the need to get cash from a 'hole in the wall'.
