Glamour is subjective so a blanket statement like yours can't be made. Best you can say is I think (or some people think ) gambling is glamorous.
Re. Your other post, I think education about the pitfalls of gambling would be preferable to putting vulnerable people up to their eyeballs in debt. If that's parochial then so be it.
