Not been in a Morrisons for about twenty years. I stopped using them back then as the quality of food was diabolical.

    Default Handbrakes

I hate being dazzled by bright brake lights waiting at traffic lights after dark. I was taught to use my handbrake when stopped for more than a few seconds at junctions. It's laughable to see people holding their position using their clutch on an incline. Must be a good earner for clutch fitters though.

A good many cars here have one or no brake lights or one headlight and rear light. You just don't see police stopping dodgy motors. They're probably occupied parking near burger joints and eating in the car. A sight you do see.

I have bought cars with worn clutches, but never worn one out myself. People seem to think they can use the clutch as a torque converter. Foolishness.

A lot of folk use clutch pedal to rest foot on. That wears it out fast, and produces smoke .. ok it clutch has a lot of travel but not recommended. Only worn out a few clutches but all had long hard milage on them, as i used to do over 400 miles a day

Polis stop you here if a light is out... they are pernickety buggers

Traffic. Getting ridiculous around here now in the rush hour. So many roadworks have cropped up all at once. Took me an hour to get home from work the other day. It's only six miles. I can walk it in an hour and a quarter.

Councils that think its great for the Civic image to have bike fests / marathons that involve shutting 3/4s of a towns roads so that you can't get anywhere or do anything for most of the day..

Body piercings, masses of tattoos and daft haircuts.

I'm sure I'm being unfair, but when dealing with somebody with the foregoing, I tend to switch off a bit, as I assume the person afflicted is seriously lacking in judgement.

Now I've probably pissed off a few members. Never mind !

When watching automatic gates or shutters trundle open do you find it impossible not to start singing the Thunderbirds theme tune?

Found myself the other day watching a large shutter open up and started singing it and the people with me all joined in.

Not really a pet hate but I forgot what that thread for posting complete crap was called.
