my mum recieved a letter today addressed to my late father, apparently a chap with the same last surname died 4years ago in hong kong and nobody has claimed his £25.000.000.00this 'financial consultant' will use his good office to persuade the relevant people that my late father is next of kin and to release the funds to him, all he wants is 50%, what a bell end!! do people still fall for this shite? FFS

I had an e-mail the other day advising me I am required to testify in court and that if I don't turn up a warrant will be issued for my arrest.

I had a good laugh (especially as the originating e-mail address was 'softballgirl69') but that could seriously worry someone a bit less worldly.

These scammers are another bunch who want putting up against the wall. if we could get rid of all these wankers we would be well on the way to managing the global population problem.

The only scam spam I get is phoney PayPal stuff. Usually offering a link that I can 'verify' my account on. I used to copy them to PayPal, but don't bother now, as I get the distinct feeling they can't be arsed to look into anything.

I once lost £900 via my PayPal account,never found out if it was fraud or a cockup, I say lost but Barclay's were great and stopped the transaction

Watching them all panicking, because for five minutes they can't follow some 'friend' [read as an imaginary Internet entity, who in reality cares not a jot about them, and is probably a closet rapist] on Facebook, or some fellow 'twits' on Twitter, tweeting about how many 'beef olives' they're pressed out before breakfast, or some other 'vitally important' world happening that simply cannot be missed for a nanosecond...
