    Actually, the C-word is a culturally-rich word (and has no strict biological definition/equivalent). I'm sure that in the bedroom it is a very empowering word and of course, up to mid-Victorian times was more acceptable and very often used in street names to denote the place of brothels etc. (People in Scunthorpe don't seem to mind ...apologies to the inhabitants).

    That's cat nature, I bought mine a nice, cosy bed but she still insists on sleeping on my turntable. Fortunately I have a spare perspex cover so for now the scruffy, scratched on is keeping her furry little body away from the delicate bits.

    He's probably not being indecisive or deliberately awkward. I think sometimes they just have a problem with closed doors. Cats are often like this too.
