Sounds like what you need is a basket, rather than a shelf.

On an even lighter note the safety police have been at my usual Johnson cotton buds. They now have paper based tubes and you cant get a good drum bursting purchase on them now I didnt have a problem and now I have a problem possibly because some people cant use them correctly affecting everybody else

I find them next to useless now and will have to find another brand with at least the plastic tubes.

Edit its actually the anti plastic lobby keeping them out of the sea...fair enough...... but it still leaves a useless product. Why are people not disposing of them correctly and they must be getting flushed down the loo

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”

Ha , shouldn't put them in your ears , as it just pushes the wax up like one of those things they rammed the cannon powder and shot in with !!
I have a stainless sort of mini spoon I use to gently ease the dead skin and wax from out of my ear

I am mainly cursing the frost as its making my life a lot more harder

Awesome.... Have you ever tasted it?

Mine's quite peppery, with the consistency of peanut butter. If you melt it in your spoon, it makes a nice fondue, served with garlic croutons. Highly recommended!

The current trend for some young blokes to shave the front of their heads to produce a hairline that's straight across. It looks bloody ridiculous. Even worse when the shaved bits have a couple of day's stubble!

Tsk. Young blokes with daft haircuts. Never happened in our day.
