I'm Mark.
how my parents grew up in the times they did and came out with tastes consisting of
Johnny Matthis
Richard Clayderman
James Last
is beyond me, their idea of a concert is the "Magic of the Musicals"
yet another area we have nothing in common, I swear I was adopted
I subjected my parents to Alice Cooper. Loud. Such reassuring lyrics as "I love the dead" and "dead babies" must have had them worried but they tolerated it with little comment actually. I remember the bedroom door flying open during the album "Killer" and her stating " that might be getting "Under your Wheels" but it's getting On my Nerves. Enough!
Then the School's Out album was released - and she confiscated the paper panties that served as the inner sleeve!
Personally I thought that would have been seen as a step in the right direction
