I want to praise Hyena records for great service. I ordered the latest Grayson Capps recording "Rott'n'Roll" on vinyl and added a couple of CDs to the order.

They dispatched the order rapidly, but, unfortunately, sent me the CD of "Rott'n'Roll". I sent an email pointing out the error, and they told me to keep the CD and that they would send the LP asap.

They were true to their word, and the LP arrived less than a week later. This is especially good service because I live in France, they had to pay international postage (US$10!) to get the LP to me.

For those who haven't discovered Grayson Capps, it's a kind of Lowell Georgy/Waylon Jennings/bluesy groove with great lyrics and fine recordings.
