    Default HI John

Tori Amos...Seen her live twice. Once in the very early days with her first album, as Tori Amos, this was in a small arts venue. Fantastic gig. Very intimate with great sound. Second time she was in a larger concert hall and very full of herself and being quite offensive.....go figure, it put me off her a fair bit. Her first album Y kan't Tori read is a real oddity in that it is more prog rock/aor than her later stuff. I love this album.

Below a few pictures from this time period. album cover plus publicity shots. The vinyl album is worth a lot of money. When I worked in a record shop back in the early 90's I figured out this was Tori Amos and bought three copies of the album not knowing their value from the bargain bins 99 p each. There was a genuine 10 track Cd once, but not any more. Virtually impossible to get. If it has bonus tracks its a fake and may be crap quality.
