Not so fast! Maybe the TV could've been turned down BUT thank you for the submission. We're not all a bunch of old git, crabby apples.

So that's a JVC TT, right? Nagaoka cartridge?
Lyrics are the ramblings of man, sometimes inspired by The Creator, most often, not.
But music (melodies, harmonies, rhythms), that's God stuff.

Was that as loud as the missus would let you play the thing whilst the news was on?

Sometimes it does help to stuff her in closet for a bit. If you turn it up loud enough, no one can hear her screaming.

I'm pissed (as in drunk) - I look for chinks in armour (or armor, as my f**king annoying Yankee spell checker likes to correct me to)

I've not spilled any on the floor, let alone the amp.
If I'd spilled any on the floor them I'd be down there lapping it up like a dog.
Thankfully the amp is across the room, and safely out of spilling range.
Led Zeppelin II is tumbling from my speakers out into the room as I type

I've not had a c**t all night, drinkstable.
Methinks your plan fell apart when a certain Boxer (and I don't mean Henry) became your production director

Only if he spills beer in his guitar pickups... ...but, there's always a chance he can redeem himself if he plays slide with the empty can. It's all about appearances.
