The last time I visited the Lakes was a rather broody November during 2005. Here are a few images from that period.
All of these images were shot using a Nikon D70 fitted with a Nikon 24-120mm VRG zoom lens and a two stop gradual grey filter.

Stunning pics, Shaun. The Lakes are lovely, providing you avoid the tourist traps, where all the riff-raff go, and don't go during the high season!
Some of the more remote areas, well away from where all the bloody walkers congregate, are stunning.
