Central England probably gets the sharpest frost in the UK outside of Scotland. We've been as low as -27 although it was back in 1982.

My biggest problem whan its cold is that most of the nice girlies stop wearing skimpy tops. When its cold interesting things happens with girls in thin tops, anyway we still have some walking about on Friday and saturday night but they're the ones my mum warned me about.
