Default Capacitor advice (Elko Vishay Roe or Elna for Audio)

Need an advice which of those two capacitors (or other advice) would be the best refreshment for PSU duties for left and right channel in preamplifier (there are 2 caps per channel 4700uf 50v)?

I am looking for open, warm, analogue sound with sweet details.

    For example
    Elko Wishay Roe

    or

    Elna for Audio

    cheers

Well, the Chinese ones are almost guaranteed to be fakes, so you can rule those out. And the Elko's don't give you the ESR or ripple values, so you can forget using them for any PSU duties.

If you can fit them in the space provided then http://www.banzaimusic.com/Mundorf-M...700uF-63V.html are excellent caps, exhibiting both low ESR and ESL with excellent ripple and leakage characteristics. They are big caps though.

Similarly Kendeil do a large range of caps, including the values you require, but they are typically OEM quantities only. I have a dozen 6800uf /63v caps that i bought in a large group buy a few week ago, I only need 8 of them for my next project. If you can shoehorn a 40mm width cap into the space in your pre-amp i'd be happy to sell you four at my cost, call it £30 inc P&P.

You'll not find better caps until you try something like the EVOX PSU caps, but they are truly huge in size and start off around £20 each for the size you need- if you can find em.

If you can only squeeze 35mm caps in then try the Mundorfs I've used them a lot.

Having a quick look on Farnell they still have some Panasonic PSu caps in, these are also excellent caps with great specs.

At you, you are reputable "dealer"

Anyway I found data sheet with few pdf pages.
The ESR and ripple numbers are mentioned at the half of the document.

Can someone more experienced check it for me, please?
