Funk Firm APM Achromat/Nagaoka GL-601 Crystal Record Weight/Isonoe feet & boots/Ortofon RS-212D/Denon DL-103GL in Denon PCL-300 headshell with Funk Firm Houdini/Kondo SL-115 pure-silver cartridge leads.

    Cables & Sundries: Mark Grant HDX1 interconnects and digital coaxial cable, plus Mark Grant 6mm UP-LCOFC Van Damme speaker cable. MCRU 'Ultimate' mains leads. Lehmann clone headphone amp with vintage Koss PRO-4AAA headphones.

    Well, my car came home considerably lighter than it went, so I like to think a few people feel that they found some lovely bargains!

    Purchase-wise my find of the day was a new and unused Bang & Olufsen MMC20EN cartridge in its original box for £15. I also bought a pile of old brochures which included a 1979 Hi-Fi Show guide featuring an almost X-rated advertisement by Sansui.

    Finally, I also bought another 10 Laserdiscs to add to the 36 I bought at a car boot sale the weekend before. Now all I need is a Laserdisc player....

    I sold about 150 Laserdiscs four years ago at a bargain basement price
