There is only one way to avoid criticism: do nothing, say nothing and be nothing Aristotle
Great stuff Andre', well done!!! but perhaps I shouldn't use that smilie . How have you done it 'cos I'm heavier now than I've ever been and Christmas gluttony is just round the corner and I don't drink so I can't leave that out .
Have you stopped/reduced the 'pop' or is it down to a change of (food) diet?
Cheers,
Dave.

Basically Calorie counting,i stay clear of Red meat, i eat mainly Chicken & fish..Instead of bacon i will opt for Turkey rashes things like that. pasta/Rice is measured out no more than 100g etc etc..filling up on plenty Veg & Fruit, Plenty excersize, walking to & from work everyday.
all i drink is Red wine. I went mad yesterday due to a family doo but that was a one off, it's generally four glases on a Friday night.
Dieting is far from easy it's actually a very complex understanding.
Do you exercise?
As a result of redundancy I have been on enforced daily exercise being a part time postie. I do the equivalent of nearly two marathons a week, have lost 2 stone over 9 months and have the body I never really had at 21 (now 57). I have to watch the fat content of what I eat as it wouldn't really matter, but I could end up the thinnest dead man in the mortuary
It is a daily challenge (all steps and steep drives), but would never had thought that I could get a flat stomach and a five-ish pack from just walking. Downside - you lose weight off your face and look like a walking corpse

I don't recommend it but my wife is just getting over an attack of the winter vomitting disease and she's lost as much in 5 or 6 days as she's ever lost on a diet .
