This is very listenable, it needed a couple of hearings for me to start to get properly into its soundworld ....

The whole set of 6 sonatas & partitas is available on Spotify.
Fantastic playing and it sounds stunning. A very reverberant acoustic - the violin surrounded by a huge aura of sound - possibly recorded in a cathedral?

Of course, I'm sure the LP sounds even better.

Five hours and twenty one minutes of Swedish string quartets.

A very varied selection from classic romantic Berwald to modernistic Rosenberg.
Some real gems in there! Rosenberg's 4th is a bit stunning.

Bach music and Maestro Accardo interpretation create together a miracle of unique elegance and expression. Recorded in the ancient Pieve of Peccioli for LP Fonč, this exclusive edition overwhelms us with impetuous Fugues and enchanting Agagios. Remained unpublished throughout the author’s life, the Sonatas for Violin Solo, probably written for some virtuoso of the time, show us abstract perfection and flawless polyphony entrusted to the violin strings. A unique interpretation. A true pearl of Italian discography

No use is made of electronic manipulation of the signal, nor any artificial correction that if they make a sound easier to carve, it is true that distort so unacceptable. With this method you get to transfer the music information on the standard analog fonč uses for the standard analog Nagra 4S, Studer C37 and J37 and Ampex ATR 102, the standard for digital, in collaboration with Philips the DSD (Direct Stream Digital) technology that has opened the doors to the SACD. For all subsequent stages of processing and control, in which it must be a playback of the sound reproduction systems are used very sophisticated

A beautiful and powerful performance of the great D.894 piano sonata by Schubert.

If you fancy the idea of Bach on the piano with a decidedly 20th century twist ...
