Anyway, having seen your post earlier in the week, I spotted a CD copy of this today in a local charity shop at 50p - would have been rude not to have bought it!! It's on the player now and sounding great.

Not spinning but streaming!
More Furtwangler with the Vienna Philharmonic - this time the Schubert Symphony No. 8 the "Unfinished" so only two movements. Sounding pretty good via FLAC files, not bad for an old mono recording from January 1950...
Files are loaded on a Synology NAS drive, and streaming over wifi to my Cambridge Audio Stream Magic 6, if anyone is interested.
