    The reason is that people do it out of sheer laziness... And yes, it pisses me off, too

    It's far easier just to hit the Quote button, add what you want to write, and post the whole lot (including what the person you're quoting has posted previously, pictures and all), than selectively editing quoted posts, highlighting only what is necessary, and then adding what you want to write.

    If most offending people use the quote button bottom right of a post then thats what they get the whole post. It can be laziness but not everyone will be comfortable editing the text and tags can be off putting to the faint hearted. It may just be beyond some peoples skills to edit quotes.

    Amps etc.: 2 x Mini-T amps, MF-X10D Valve buffer clone, StanDAC 7520/Caiman (mod'd).
    Speakers: Mission 774s with added super tweeters
    Cables: best I can afford and likely to change except Homar's RF attenuated co-ax's and Mark Grant USB and HDMI cables. I also like silver i/cs and speaker cable.
