    Providing the shaft diameter is the same as yours i don't see why the New Rega motor & electronics wont do the job!

    These motors don't come in 50hz and 60hz versions, they just go faster on 60hz, so they are fitted with smaller pulleys. Also, they have two windings which are connected in series for 240v and parallel for 120v, with various resistors and capacitors to ensure that one winding leads the other so the platter doesn't rotate backwards.

    I 'might' have finally found it...

    Formerly known as Airpax, they are now made under the Premotec name in Holland. The UK agent, Mclennan Servo Systems, lists the motor specifically for turntables as the model 9904 111 31813. See the last item on the bottom of the page HERE
