HPA power amp capacitors?

Hey.
I would like to start a DIY project using either the HPA nxV201PS x2 or nxV200se x2 and a HPA power supply unit. http://www.aussieamplifiers.com/products.htm
all of the powerunits can be fitted with other and bigger capacitors, they just need to be at least 63v.

I have read a lot on the web about DIY amps, but i have read very different meanings about the main filter bank.
So how much uF is needed?
Some say that much is good, cause they can give power faster than the torodial, and some say that u only need one or 2(dual mono) powerfull torodial transformers and a main filter bank to smooth things out. I have no idea what to belive
I am thinking of 2 300V with 35vac or 40vac secondary windings as the torodial transformer, maybe even 2x400V.

Right now i have a set of B&W CM1 which need a powerful amp to drive them, but i would like the HPA amp to be so good that I easily upgrade to better speakers and still have power to spare.
