I have the same mind set as many of you guys, " if you haven't got it don't spend it" - however I am also part of a company which only this week has announced 6,000 redundancies ( 25% of the workforce ) to be carried out just in time for Christmas, which just shows even when you try and manage things at your end other situations can add a challenge or two.
What I find rather amazing is that a country can be invaded, regimes toppled, many, many thousands killed in the name of non-existent WMD, and yet I will bet that not many of the perpetrators of this real Financial Mass Destruction will be held to any real account. They will be looked after by their friends in high ( wealthy) places - sick old world sometimes isn't it
