If you could stand the looks, there’s a pair of DMT15’s on the bay. I’d expect them to be superb.

Look out for old Rel Strata’s. I had 1, 3 and 5’s. The early ones were easier to blend in and sounded great. The 5 had the bonus remote control.
I had the granddaddy of that one, enjoyed it very much.
The Longdog gear is well made, I have their PS on my Garrard
I'm not familiar with that particular model, however I have had Deco built Nigels controller next to LDA controller. LDA had the edge, maintained the drive of the Garrard with reduced noise floor. ...
A good outcome, dealing with 'one man bands' does come with some issues, but the advantage is you get a very good product at a fraction of retail price... usually.
This add suggests its a signature?

Bet you’ve not forgotten Paradise, still the best …
I recently sold DP55F and your description mirrors my experience. I hate the phrase, but it’s more ‘musical’ than I’ve found Technics decks.
I only sold it as I’ve got Sony TTS8000 and while the...
I must get out more, thats a great looking item:)
Everything in money orientated, last time I was at the vets an obviously well kept Shepard was brought in with broken back leg, the conversation was all about can the bill be paid, rather than the...
Try Bigrod (Julian) on the Wam.

My point about the SL1000r being Technics have moved the goalposts forward. I would expect the new 1210g to be very, very good.
The only way to know for sure is try one. Richer used to have a very...
Being familiar with an SP10/SL1210's and having heard SL1000r I'd go new if its affordable. Weren't they ground up redesigns?
One of the few times I'd recommend new over old ;-)
I believe there’s some Rega B stock RB220’s on eBay, by all accounts tatty box , new arm?

edit U12, can't see one for sale, but they do pop up.
I'm not 100% familiar, but isn't a heavy kit on spacedeck pretty much Hyperspace level? = Go strait to Dais.
The 9">12" length brings a different presentation to the table, less distortion of...
Doh, wrong again, I'm off :-)
Same figures show 1.36 degrees maximum error. With 16" arm that goes down to 1 degree. Distortion from 0.47>0.34%.
Same as everything, which set of compromise's do your ears prefer? Extra...
If you put the numbers in Vinyl Engine, Lofgren A submits 0.47% maximum distortion.
I'm assuming maximum distortion = tracking error ? I can always be wrong though
It’s Linn geometry, but mine at least requires 30mm hole. Linn arms are 25mm with a set of holes to bolt through.
I’ve been using 18g Audio Technica headshell with 103r in a 3012, thats where I’d start.
The 64s is a V heavy arm, the FX is still high by modern standards but the eff mass is a little kinder to...
I sent mine to Jonny because i discovered it hummed just before I sold it on eBay. Had a few offers in that state @£350.
It’s a good arm, I think it’d have been more popular if it’d been a drop...
Depending on the state of the wire. I’ve got Cardas rewired one, plus captive J7 lead, AO box that wouldn’t go anywhere for less than £600.
