Yep, type of place I use. The worktop cut outs for sinks and hobs usually go in the skip. So few quid for them to round off the corners and polish the sides, job done.
You can easily polish...

Vinyl, well 7" singles, more exercise by getting up to change or turn over every 3 minutes or so.
