IME the capacitance is that of the input coax and the miller capacitance of the first valve.
I would guess about 100pF. Hope that helps.
Both wav and flac are lossless, flac has smaller file sizes as is a little compressed.

The AK4493 seems to be the 'go to' chip for reasonably priced high performance Dacs, the Topping E30 II uses it too.
