I wouldn't rush to buy a bottle it's a young whiskey. I think only just over the 3 years.
But it is the first whiskey to be distilled in Dublin for something like 50 years.
I'd say there are a...
Yes, but not for a while. My memory is that it's pretty good considering it's price point.
Teeling are one of a number of new distilleries which have opened in Ireland in the last few years....
Must try the Johns lane. Of course both redbreast and powers come out of Midleton these days.
Teelings would be another new Irish distillery worth a try. I think most of the whiskey they're...
Picked up a bottle yesterday, so will look forward to trying it.

On my list to try Grant, I quite like the 3 swallow release, which is a non age stated single pit still.

Dave, depending upon what phone /camera you're using to take the photos you should be able to switch on gridline, or a level indicator to help keep things square.
Can't help noticing the pair of...
Yeah the 12yr plus Irish whiskies do tend to be a bit pricey, not helped by the exchange rate. The advantage of being in Dublin is at least you can sample it in the pub(when they reopen) before...
Yes the 12 yr old is, lovely, I brought my dad a bottle of this a for Christmas few few years ago.
Which is Sherry finished....
Hi Grant, how does the 15 yr old redbreast compare to the 12 yr old?

Really surprised these are still here.
I have a dual mono stereo version and it's a great amp.

Thought you were gong to pick the Alphason, I'm afraid that arms going nowhere. I think it will be a great match for my TD124 we I get around to fitting it.

Which arm are you interested in?

I've got an Alphason HR100s tonearm I purchased as least a couple years ago which I still haven't mounted on my turntable.
Still using the Mission 774 which to be honest I only purchased a few...
Interesting Grant that the Tyrconnell looks like it only double distilled, I always assume that Irish whiskeys are Tripple Distilled.

Anybody interested in trying Irish whiskeys should give some of the Teelings whiskeys a go. Another new distillery in Dublin, but because of the family history the whiskeys they're selling are mainly...
I believe Bushmills are the oldest Irish distillery. I quite like Bkack Bush which is the next step up in there non age stated blended range.
It's a good whiskey for €30 a bottle.

I purchased a Micro 25 basic pre amp new several years ago, and at the time was using a leak st20 power amp, Glenn lowered the output of the Pre amp to match the input sensitivity of the leak.

I had a good look at a pair at the show in Ireland a few months ago, they are a work of art. Unfortunately B&W weren't playing them as they had a driver issue. But they did replace the driver and...
