Yes it is for a SET CAD-300SEI INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER.
This is a manual bias version but not individual for each channel, just one adjustment for both which is why i'm assuming the manufacturer has...

The way the amplifier is designed and bias adjustment Cary say they must be a matched pair
