Regulator Board achieves 2.55v output

The ideal characteristics for LDR's are when the anode to cathode voltage is at 2.5 volts, and there is isolation
of DC cathode from signal ground.

The new regulator board now available achieves these parameters, which have alluded every single designer of LDR products to date.
