Back in the sixties I used to love the plain crisps that came with a twisted bit of blue paper containing the salt. They started doing them again a few years ago, but somehow they weren't the same. Maybe the crisps recipe had changed somehow.
Walkers use potatoes from Cornwall I believe. It's a very British thing crisps
