Couldn't get past the uber-annoying sound of his voice.
Had to give up after about a minute. :bog:
I couldn't get past the fact that he doesn't blink!
Now I see where the annoying egotism of our own media 'journalists' comes from, (BBC, C4 etc), ; patronising voice, speaking as though what he has to say is some profound new philosophical insight, and waving arms which is probably repressed aggression, and a way of being invasive into the space of the recipient.
I think there is another video in this series that explains why wearing a polo neck with a suit is a bad idea.
His first sentence is pretty much spot on though. Once you are past a certain level of quality from the source, other factors become far more important.
Yes I think he was right in what he said.
I've always felt, with audio gear, that above a certain level of quality in a system any tweaks and changes make a difference to the overall sound rather than "improve" it.
Whatever "improve" may mean...

There's something about the background and his polo-neck top, I kept expecting his head to detach form his body and float off into a corner, like something from The Day Today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygx-sEb5tgQ
I'm broadly with him.
At the risk of seeming to jump on a bandwagon, he also needs some coaching not to rock back and forth when presenting. I was reminded of Weebles.
