Debit card received without me aplying for it
Yesterday I received in the post a TSB Debit card with my details on it. I had not applied for it and never had an account with TSB.
I phoned TSB and they said that they would cancel the card and the bank account associated with it. They told me it was opened on the 2nd of May. TSB said that someone probably opened the account using my identity, possibly getting the information by intercepting letters to me, and that they would be investigating this suspected identity theft
TSB advised me getting a credit report, I did this using Experian, and there was nothing untoward on it, except two searches on 2 May by TSB.
Experian suggested reporting the suspected identity theft to Action Fraud, which I did. Experian also said that they would be investigating too.
My computer is pretty secure, so I don't think there is any spyware etc. on it. I have done scans with Malwarebytes, Avast and ESET, nothing was found.
Is there anything else I should do?
