Sounds good.
Thanks to everyone for coming. Some cracking food, good to chat to folks known and new and some new music to try. The sl1210 vs Aiwa vs Rega was interesting. More drive and detail from the techie, deeper but less controlled bass from the Aiwa and less drive, and the rega in the middle for me.
Cracking day Paul, Sarah and yourself were perfect hosts, some really good tunes and some very nice kit, i particularly loved how effortless the two mono blocks valve amps drove those big Tannoys.

The addition of the cat was a revelation in the performance of the Aiwa deck....

Nice one, Paul. Pork pies look epic! :D
Shame I had to pull out, as it looks like you guys had a good time. Did Dom and Nat turn up? If so, did they bring any kit with them?
Nat would've been all over your cat like a rash, as she loves them, as do I :)
Marco.
No Dom and Nat - both ill
Any cat owner can testify to the beneficial room treatment effect they provide. Although I can see that in this example the feline is also demonstrating how it can absorb unwanted vibration which may transfer to the deck. The cat collects these in a special pouch in its throat and releases them as soft purrs which are pleasing to the human ear.
