Give it a chance, it's already clouding over here.
weather's turned here.. been wet, still showery. was nice in morning tho
Thick cloud and very humid. I'm like a limp lettuce.
Quite warm here in Cuckfield :)
Sea mist is trying to decide whether to come in or go out here by the sea. It's warm though with very light airs. :)
Searing hot here in the direct sun.... A bit too hot for me, but at least it's dry, as I've got three original stained-glass oak Victorian doors to wax, for the lounge, kitchen and downstairs bedroom areas, ready to be hung on Sunday.
They're coming up quite well I think, although because they're sat on top of a covered table, you can't make out the colours of the stained-glass panels, which in reality have a burgundy red border, with amber and black coloured inlays. The glass inlays actually date back to the 17th century:

Should be nice when I put the handles on (which are antique solid-ebony 'beehive' shaped), and get the joiner to hang them!
Marco.
Look very nice Marco, good to see we've got past the 'panel over it' or 'chuck away and buy new' of the eighties. These were made by real craftsmen, no power tools in those days!
Cheers mate, indeed! They're so solidly made and heavy. These are the handles that will be going on them:
