Early Harbeth Monitor info needed...

Hi all
just picked up a pair of Harbeth HL Monitor 3's for my sins...
as per usual, the swisstone/Roger bass/mid drivers are rubbing for England...and one of the Audax tweeters is shot.

I've located tweeter, and units have been placed upside down, allowing gravity to help with the voice coil interfence...(Thats why I see a lot of pics of Rogers 5/9's pictured upside down!)

Does anyone have any history/info on the difference between version (poss)1, 2 and 3?
I know the HL4's had the dalesford bass/mid unit

Ah, I've been onto the Harbeth forum...found it a bit thin on info...hope someone proves me wrong!
