Tom. You could get an RCA/BNC adaptor from eBay for peanuts and use a regular phono plugged digital cable. Just be careful it's the right 'male/female' version.
I have adaptors kicking around but I'd rather get an actual cable.
I have a very good 1m cable spare. £13 including postage. Reason for sale, gone for 0.5m cable!
