I used the 750E with a denon dp80, where the custom plinth gave plenty of room to acoomodate this arm. The standard aftermarket jelco 1210 armboard will not accomodate the E, so you would need to customise one. You could also sell the techie and get the Pioneer PL-50L2 for sale on ebay, you'll leapfrog the whole 1210 upgrade exercise and had have a fully sorted deck with a simply superb 10" arm which will suit your 103 perfectly.
