Before anyone gets too excited about the list below, I would like to make you aware that I do not wish to sell them one at a time. It's not laziness, but finding the packaging for postage is very difficult, plus now that clown Crozier has closed down every post office for miles around I don't want a big trip to the nearest PO each time for just one item, so if you cannot find 5 or more to buy, then sorry it's a non-starter.

Most of the records are the ones I bought at first issue when released back in the 70's and 80's so there could be some valuable gems there. None of them are unplayable and as far as I am aware none have damaged grooves, but some have a couple of pops and clicks, so they are not 100% mint and I wouldn't kid you otherwise.

This is about half the number for sale and will try and find the time to list the rest soon, followed by CDs.

What I would like to do is mark those as "reserved" with an asterisk to match your lists fellas.

You might also be tempted by some other LPs when I finish listing them, so let's call your lists provisional for now.

The prices I had in mind are £1.50 for single LP's and £2.25 for the doubles. Postage is cheaper by courier for the lists you have already created and works out to £8.50.

Some more going on the list tomorrow morning and then we can settle up who wants what :)

I will also start listing the CDs at the same time although there won't be quite as many.

There are quite a few I haven't put on because they may not tempt any of you like Duane Eddy and other 50s and 60s artists, so if you want them included speak now or forever hold your peace :)

I got an email to say that the failed collections on Friday have now been rebooked for tomorrow - the 7th :steam:

This was my reply:

"Dear Katherine,

Your apologies are just not good enough in this instance.

I waited in all day on Friday, I waited in all day today and now I am
told my collection will be on the 7th so there is yet another day to be
spent waiting in all day again for a driver to show up - maybe.

My telephone number is on the order form and it would annoy me less
if someone picked up the phone and said "Sorry Mr Marshall, you really
are not important enough to have your parcels collected today" so I
could at least salvage some part of the day without it being completely
wasted.

Here is a concrete promise; this is the last time that I will ever
use Parcel2go because quite frankly I am having the piss taken out of
me now, as I have 3 very irate people chewing my ears off demanding
to know where their packages are. I now have to email these people
again tonight to say that the packages have STILL not been collected
again and maybe they will get them by the end of the week. A donkey
could have got there quicker.

Disgusted,

Frank Marshall"
