Library changes

As above, just noticed the layout change :) Looks much better imo, no fiddly little buttons to click - just clear & consise..

Thanks Mark, it's been something we've wanted to do for ages, since before it went live actually, but back then, there were rumblings about there being 'too many rooms' as it was, so a more 'light touch' approach was taken.

But I have to say it was Barry who most recently asked that it's prominence be bought into line with the other forums. So thank you Barry for the prompt, and thank you Mark for noticing it!

Hopefully this will help the Library get more of the exposure it deserves... and hopefully we'll get some more offers of content too! The Library is by members for members, so make the best of it!

I've also made a couple of other tweaks, including changing the default sort order from Alphabetical by Thread Title to 'most recent first'. While this detracts a little from the 'Library' type order, it makes sure recent additions are visible straight-away, which is really important when we get new contributions :)
