Guys I need your help here.

Have run into a problem trying to fit my turntable shelf.

My house has the typically unpredictable Victorian brickwork, so to ensure the thing stays up, I need to use M6 masonry anchors.

Unfortunately, the arrangement for where the fixings go through the hollow frame mean, that although the standard bolt will go through OK, there's not enough clearance to get a 10mm socket on the head of the bolt to do it up.

If I replace the original bolts with Allen bolts (cap or button head, doesn't matter which), I'm good to go, but I can't seem to find anywhere that definitely stock suitable ones.

There are plenty on eBay but none of the seem to be fully threaded, and I need the shaft threaded pretty much all the way to make sure I can tighten the fixings properly.

Suggestions?
