Preamp tubes,depending on of course how they are being used, but I would say; around a couple of hundred hours.

It depends on 2 things.
Type of tube.
Application.

Most, even preamp tubes, start to come into their own in about 30 hours. 70 -100 is typical for power tubes.

The good thing is they generally improve with each switch on and session, but some can even go back a step or two in the process before running ahead and leveling out.

Don't judge new tubes until you've got at least 30 hours on them.

This has been my experience.
