Hi All,

I guess everyone knows we love our Bryston amps at HFL, especially when partnered with PMC speakers so when the new version of Bryston’s classic 4B amplifier arrived earlier this week it was a very exciting time :-)

It has been around 8 years since Bryston released their SST2 range of amps and they are certainly not a company to release a new amp until they have made significant gains to warrant such a decision, so now we have the new range of ‘Cubed’ amps giving the below improvements over its predecessor -

Dramatically less distortion at input stage
Improved common mode noise rejection
Major reduction in EMI/RFI noise rejection
Less than 500mW standby power consumption
Update dress panel aesthetic with clean lines and new finish.

When it comes to amps does anyone really make any better, yes you can get different presentations but as far as amps go these are tough to beat especially when you factor in the legendary build quality and 20 year warranty.

Prices have gone up slightly but nothing too drastic so the 4B3 stereo amp now costs £5299 with the 7B3′s mono’s costing £5449 each, we will shortly be adding to demo the 7B3′s shortly.

Needless to say if you’d like to come in for a listen anytime please feel free to get in touch.
