When it's an XLR LME connector and hardly anyone would know how to look for one then it's excusable in this case.

Normal BBC wear on the trolley, other than that it looks fine. Just the BBC-added power supply for the monitoring panel looks like it's had something spilt over it in it's past (probably milky BBC tea).
