Jean Michel-Jarre - Aero

Had this a few years now and keep coming back to it as one of the best surround sound discs.

Hi Trailer,
I'm a JMJ fan but never rated Aero in the same way as Equinoxe and Oxygene. Is the DVD-A and/or SACD that much of an improvement of the CD?

My vote goes for Black and White Nights with Roy Orbison and Friends, and the Leonard Cohen Live in London ain't bad either.
Cheers,

Aero is a double CD format, a DVD and CD in one package. The DVD is recorded in 5.1 DTS, Dolby AC3 and PCM 96/24 KHz Stereo and the CD is recorded in Super Stereo. There is also an optional visual element on the DVD format, which offers an unusual visual experience. A pair of beautiful eyes, shot in high-definition cinema scope, gazing out at the listener and reacting emotionally to the music... for the entire 75 minutes of the album.

The above lifted from an amazon review.
The eyes in question belong to Anna Parillaud (from the film Nikita).
