Hi All

I've got some old Beatles albums to sell, let me know if you're interested before I put them eBay. The information below comes from a friend of a friend who likes the Beatles and trades collectable records.

There are 2 rare albums amongst the set of albums:

1: With The Beatles - This is a rare Decca pressing. To explain due to the high demand for Beatles product EMI could not keep up with demand and would outsource the pressing of records to other record labels. With The Beatles is one of only two albums pressed by Decca. Ironic that a man who worked at the EMI pressing plant at Hayes in Middlesex ended up with a Decca pressed album, but then they would have come in to Hayes to be paired with sleeves. Value: Based on condition of sleeve and what I can see of the vinyl I value at £100.00+

2: Revolver is rare as the font used on the label is a serif typeface, plus the song Doctor Robert has been abbreviated to DR. Robert. Value: Based on condition £50.00+

3: Please Please Me: Value £25.00+
4: Beatles For Sale: Value £25.00+

Now his valuation are based on him selling them to a specialist market, I don't have time or get them to him and he'd want a small percentage so I'd rather accept sensible offers.

Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks
James
