Well, you wouldn't need a radiator in that room!

I must say I'm quite partial to bit of Mericun bling but I do not like the look of the speakers. The TT is very odd looking.

The screen in the middle with the brand name seems somewhat redundant and a terrible waste of electricity.

The way its all assembled makes me think the owner gets more enjoyment looking at it than listening to it...

i have always rather liked the look of McIntosh stuff. One bit at a time that is. I reckon that looks 'orrible and whilst I always say that the music is the thing, I just couldn't live with that lot no matter what it sounded like.

I was thinking the opposite, or that they must be visually impaired, but I think I know what you mean :). The placing of the kit seems bizarre.

The MT10 turntable is £11.5k and the speakers are POA on the UK dealer website I checked, with the ones next down in the range £25k.

I'm sure it sounds good, but that Mckintosh turntable just looks like they ran out of ideas in order to finish it.

I certainly wouldn't have all that kit in between the speakers...

The speakers are B&W 803 Diamonds and have a UK retail price of around £7500.

Personally, I love the looks of the turntable but appear to be only one of two people on the planet who do - the other being the designer! As an aside, ignoring the looks for the moment, it is a very good deck.

It looks more like a gas pump than a turntable... :D

Always fancied one of those old 60's 'MA-230' McIntosh amps but sadly this never happened..

I remember having a JVC receiver back in the seventies that reminded me of the McKintosh amps.:)
